Future plans

“No one is coming to save you”
John Martes

Over the next twenty days I plan to spend them in self-improvement.

General schedule →
Wake up hopefully early—I wish to aim for at least 7 AM.
Study math (mostly multivariable calc + linear algebra).
Write for a short bit (1 hour), take a walk.
Work on some projects and coding.

Meditate 3 times a day: morning, noon, and evening—
but not just sitting, actually relaxing and focusing only on my breath.
I am often just posturing as if I am meditating rather than doing so.

I also need to set stricter time limits,
as this enforces more getting stuff done.
I am going to lock in.

I also should take my daily walk,
but maybe leave the device at home.
I often end up reading Substack articles and scrolling
instead of relaxing and thinking.

Kinda inspired by this post:

Okay thanks for your time.

I will try to comment my progress everyday haha a sort of reflection.

But why do you cry out to the cosmos as if it should care?
